Bring a light sweater as some rooms may be cold for you. Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring an extra carry bag for papers and such, the swag bag is a little on the small side.
Parking at the Conference Centre is $12 per day (if you don’t park at a nearby hotel)
Thursday (2-4 pm and 6-8 pm) Double Tree Hotel 2nd floor near the walkway to the convention centre.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday (Opens at 8 am) 2nd Floor of Convention Centre
There are several choices for parking near the London Convention Centre.
Near registration, you will find a booth where you can get information and assistance with anything. We ask that first timers to conference come to the booth to receive your ribbon. Lost & Found will be at this booth or the Society’s booth in Marketplace.

Note the time change for the Archives tour is – 1 pm front of the Convention Centre returning about 3:15 pm
All tours leaving by Bus will meet for pickup at the front of the Convention Centre.
