Dates and times for drop-in tours of The Ivey Family London Room will be posted for a tour of the facility. The London Room is a research facility for genealogy and local history located at the Central Library. It contains a wealth of secondary source materials on the city of London and the counties of Elgin, Middlesex, Norfolk and Oxford as well as original materials on the city of London and Middlesex County, such as: books, diaries & manuscripts, minutes, maps, photographs and other memorabilia, selected municipal documents For those conducting family history research, collection emphasis is southwestern Ontario and includes:census, cemetery transcriptions, vital statistics indexes, birth/marriage/death records, passenger lists, family histories.
