All cancellations must be in writing and sent to the conference email account registrar.conference2019@ogs.on.ca

Cancellation requests for a full cancellation received on or before May 1, 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.  Cancellation requests for a partial cancellation will be subject to a 15% administration fee. These fees will be deducted from the refund issued.

Cancellation request received after May 1, 2019 will be refunded 50%.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2019.
